A La Pelvis

Pelvic Floor Therapy in Western New York

About Me

My name is Ashley Schaab and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. My passion for pelvic health—particularly in fertility, reproductive health, and the pregnancy/postpartum journey—deepened through my own personal experiences over the past three years.

I have been practicing for 6 years after graduating from D'Youville University. I became certified in pelvic health through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. I'm committed to lifelong learning and regularly engage with the latest evidence-based research to provide the best possible care for my clients. In 2024, I became certified in Mercier Therapy—a gentle, hands-on approach that helps restore mobility and function in the pelvic region, often used to support fertility, relieve pelvic pain, and improve menstrual and postsurgical recovery.

Reproductive and pelvic health is an essential, yet frequently overlooked, aspect of care. It plays a key role in managing chronic conditions and is foundational to well-being during pregnancy and the postpartum period. It has become my passion and working with clients to assist with any of these conditions fulfills me.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you in optimizing your wellness and achieving balance throughout your health journey.
